The introductory part of the article is devoted to a brief overview typical methods raising funds for company’s capital. Then, I compared pros and cons each approach. Further, author introduces new fundraising – through merger with SPAC (from now on referred as SPAC). discusses advantages disadvantages this option company enter public capital markets or raise in already traditional private entering an IPO. As result comparison, concludes that has both classical options capital, without their disadvantages, which makes unique offer market. Statistical data confirmed conclusion. separate section peculiarities complexities merge SPAC. leading Russian companies other types are separately highlighted, contrast between placement MICEX also presents statistics market impact opportunity go public.
